OUR Meeting Month of May
In a recent meeting at the Office of the University Registrar, the main topics of discussion were operational planning and capacity building as ways to improve the efficiency and standard of services offered by the office. The Office of the Registrar emphasized to equip staff with trainings on software and data / records management systems. 
The group also looked into ways to modernize the office equipment in order to expedite procedures and shorten response times. Setting precise, measurable goals for processing student records and allocating resources efficiently to guarantee maximum efficiency during times of high demand, like enrolment and graduation, were crucial components of operational planning. The implementation of a continuous improvement strategy, which involves routinely evaluating and improving processes to satisfy the changing demands of employees, instructors, and students, was decided upon at the meeting's conclusion.
