The program aims to develop individuals equipped with scientific competence for future professional study and the social conscience that will motivate them to continuously seek ways and means to improve the living conditions of the Filipino people through science and technology.

BS Biology Program is structured to meet the needs of professional biologists who:
1. can be employed in government and private institutions and other agencies where scientists with biological expertise are needed.
2. conduct researches in the various areas of biology.
3. undertake post graduate education in Biology and allied fields.
