This program seeks to address the ever-increasing demand for expertise in modern communication as related to organizations in the Philippines.
At the end of the program, graduates are envisioned to be able to:
1. Demonstrate effective, persuasive, and strategic communication in a multi-cultural, organizational context;
2. Advocate ethical communication, as well as media and information literacy (MIL), in the workplace;
3. Engage in continuing education and other forms of professional development in the various fields of organizational communication; 4. Adopt organizational communication practices rooted in “Filipino historical and cultural heritage” (based on RA 7722) balanced with international perspectives;
5. Lead organizations in communication campaigns;
6. Collaborate in local and global organizational communication projects and advocacies
