Based on feedback that there has been delay in the receipt of UPG scores of non-UPCAT qualifiers, the Office of the University Registrar is giving due consideration by extending the application period for appeal up to March 26, Tuesday, 5 p.m.

Each year, UP Manila takes time off to recognize and honor its most outstanding students – academic scholars. These honorific scholarships – University Scholar and College Scholar are conferred to students who, at the end of each semester, obtained an absolute minimum weighted average of 1.45 or better and 1.75 or better respectively for undergraduate students, while for graduate students 1.25 or better and 1.5 or better respectively.
